Twilight...........I'm addicted!

Well, the kids -Nicole and Matthew-have been reading these books (at least the first 3) since around Novemeber. So Nicole comes up to me all the time telling me about these characters, Bella and Edward (like I have time to care about fictional characters too?). So Matthew started reading these books after Nicole and when he finished the first book, he brought it to my room and put it on my headboard. I let it sit there for about 2 weeks before I decided one Monday (last week) to pick it up and see if it was worth my time. Well, I finished reading it Tuesday evening, then I got on Stephanie Meyer's website and found Edward's version "Midnight Sun" and LOVED it! It gives a whole new perspective of the book-his. Then I saw the "outtakes" and thought this had something to do with the movie, but it was actually parts that were deleted from the book-and some of them are HALARIOUS!

Stephenie Meyers is an awesome writer and I am so thankful that (so far) these characters are chaste. How wonderful for our children to see the unity and bond that these characters build together while choosing to wait.

I've only read the first book (and the drafts and outtakes) and just saw the first movie last night with my honey. I will read the rest when I get time too, I do have church responsibilites, and I'm also taking a writing class and a computer class too. So I have to catch up this week, from what I put off last week. (This book is like a true addiction-it's crazy, but awesome!)

I think we will be buying the Audio Books so we can all have them on our MP3 players or listen to them in the car! We love doing that.

So here's my question for you: "Who's hosting the March 21st Twilight party?"

If you haven't read the outtakes and Edward's version of the story-very enlightening and entertaining. I just hope that one day Stephanie finishes Ed's version of the book(s).
